Most couples do not lose connection all at once. It happens gradually.
Conversations get transactional. Misunderstandings happen more easily. Small frustrations start carrying more weight. You may still care about each other deeply and feel more like teammates managing logistics than partners who feel close.
And when conflict shows up, it is easy to fall into the same pattern again and again.
TLC is an eight-session skills-based group for couples who want to strengthen the relationship, communicate better, and rebuild connection on purpose.
The goal is not to decide who is right. It is to help both partners understand what happens between you when things get hard, and to learn healthier ways of responding.
Strengthening friendship, teamwork, and the sense that you are on the same side.
Building empathy, attunement, and communication that leaves each partner feeling heard.
Deepening trust, emotional intimacy, and a stronger sense of partnership.
Couples build an individual relationship toolbelt they use between sessions and in the hard moments. The goal is not a relationship without conflict. It is a relationship with better tools for what to do when conflict happens.
You do not have to wait until your relationship is in crisis to work on it.

Some groups run on set schedules, and some need enough interest before a new cohort starts. Joining an interest list does not obligate you to enrol.
