Fertility struggles touch nearly every part of life.
The medical appointments are one piece. There is also the waiting. The uncertainty. Hope rising and falling with every cycle. Pregnancy announcements you want to celebrate that somehow still hurt. Questions about your body, your future, your relationships, and sometimes your sense of who you are.
Through all of it, the rest of the world keeps moving like normal.
Holding Hope in the Waiting is a six-week online support group for people navigating infertility, fertility treatment, and IVF who want a place where they do not have to explain why this is hard.
Hope and disappointment. Gratitude and grief. Strength and exhaustion.
There does not have to be one right way to feel.
Rather than following a rigid curriculum, sessions respond to what the group needs while working through themes like:
You may still be waiting. You do not have to wait alone.

Some groups run on set schedules, and some need enough interest before a new cohort starts. Joining an interest list does not obligate you to enrol.
