You may be responsible, driven, dependable, and used to getting things done. Somewhere along the way, life started to feel like an endless list of responsibilities with very little room left for you.
Maybe your mind rarely turns off. You overthink decisions, have a hard time saying no, procrastinate when things feel overwhelming, or hold yourself to standards you would never expect from anyone else.
Even highly capable people hit a point where stress becomes anxiety, productivity becomes exhaustion, and pushing through stops working.
Reclaiming Peace & a Balanced Life is an eight-week group for adults dealing with anxiety, chronic stress, and burnout, and especially for people who recognize perfectionism, people-pleasing, procrastination, or the fear of falling behind.
Together we look at what keeps the cycle of anxiety and burnout running, and build practical ways to interrupt it.
This is not about becoming less ambitious or caring less. It is about carrying what you carry without losing yourself in it.
Six to eight adults, ninety minutes a week, the same shape every session. Cameras are optional. Between-session practice is offered and never required. The predictability is deliberate: a group about anxiety should not itself be a source of it.
Some groups run on set schedules, and some need enough interest before a new cohort starts. Joining an interest list does not obligate you to enrol.
