Being a teenager today can mean carrying far more than adults sometimes realize.
School pressure. Friendships. Expectations. Social media. Decisions about the future. Comparing yourself to everyone around you while simultaneously trying to figure out who you actually are.
For some teens that pressure shows up as overthinking. For others it looks like perfectionism, procrastination, self-doubt, irritability, avoidance, or feeling overwhelmed by situations that seem easier for everyone else.
Next Level You is for teens who want more than someone telling them to “stop worrying.”
It is a six-week small group that gives teens evidence-based tools for managing anxiety, regulating emotions, building confidence, and responding differently when stress shows up.
The group blends discussion, learning, and real-life practice, so teens are not just talking about anxiety. They are building tools for what to do when it actually happens.
If your teen seems able to handle everything and is quietly getting more anxious, harder on themselves, or less sure how to manage the pressure around them, this group is a good next step. It is small on purpose. Four to six teens means nobody hides in the back.
Some groups run on set schedules, and some need enough interest before a new cohort starts. Joining an interest list does not obligate you to enrol.
