Greetings! As the Director of Experience & Culture at Pivot Counseling, my passion is creating spaces and experiences where both our clients and our team feel valued, supported, and cared for. I oversee the design and upkeep of our therapeutic offices to ensure they feel warm, safe, and welcoming. Just as importantly, I look for ways to make our staff and therapists feel special — whether that’s through thoughtful details in the workplace, celebrating milestones, or fostering an environment where everyone can thrive. My goal is to help build a culture of excellence and authenticity where healing happens not only for our clients, but within our team as well.

Professional Background

Tiffany H. Chin, RN, MSN is a licensed California Registered Nurse (Lic #: 845386) and holds a certification as a Public Health Nurse (Lic #: 87482). She earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from California State University, Fullerton, and obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.

With a wealth of experience, Tiffany has served as a Public Health Nurse Liaison at the Contra Costa County Public Health Service, honing her triage skills. In this role, she successfully connected medically fragile foster children and foster care youth with essential healthcare resources such as psychotropic medication management and ASD services.

Prior to this, she contributed her expertise at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland as a Clinical Nurse. There, she played a vital role in administering care for patients and their families within the Hematology/Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant unit.
