Our Pleasanton counseling center provides in-person therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, and families throughout Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore, San Ramon, and the surrounding Tri-Valley.
We have 5 therapeutic offices located in a quiet neighborhood near Quarry Lane Elementary School and Amador Valley High School in Pleasanton. The entire counseling center is on the first floor which may be most suitable for those that may benefit from access without stairs.

Directions & Parking
Pivot Counseling is located at 4460 Black Ave., Suite G & H in Pleasanton. From Black Avenue, turn onto the access road near the 4466 Black Ave. suites. Our counseling center is located to the left of AudioNova.
Free parking is available near Suite G. The counseling center is located on the first floor, making the office accessible without stairs.
Former Dublin Location
Pivot Counseling’s former Dublin office at 6444 Sierra Ct. has permanently closed. Clients looking for in-person counseling in the Tri-Valley can now visit our nearby Pleasanton counseling center at 4460 Black Ave., Suite G & H.
Pivot Counseling continues to serve individuals, couples, children, teens, and families from Dublin through our Pleasanton office and online therapy services.

Our Downtown Walnut Creek counseling center provides convenient in-person therapy for clients from Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Alamo, Orinda, Moraga, Pleasant Hill, Concord, Clayton, and surrounding Contra Costa County communities.
Our offices are located in the Downtown Walnut Creek area. The offices are beautifully designed with therapy in mind and is located in an accessible area. Clients will be able to access the waiting area before getting called into their appointment.
If you live in Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Alamo, Orinda, Moraga, Pleasant Hill, Concord, Clayton, and neighboring cities, then choosing this space for in-person appointments may be for you!

Directions & Parking
Pivot Counseling is located at 1460 Maria Ln., Suites 290 and 310, Walnut Creek, CA 94596 in Downtown Walnut Creek.
When you enter the parking lot from Maria Lane, park in any available visitor parking space. Buildings 1450 and 1470 are easy to see from the lot. Building 1460 is located farther back between them.
Follow the handicap-accessible ramp or stairs toward the main entrance of Building 1460.
Suite 290
After entering the building, continue through the double doors. You’ll see a directory monitor and the elevator nearby. Continue down the hallway, turn right, and look for the Pivot Counseling office partnered with Empathy Mindcare.
For Suite 290, walk through the double doors. You will see a monitor with all the respective companies and room numbers and the elevator on your right. Go straight through the hallway on your left hand side and hang a right. The Pivot Counseling office is the first door that is partnered with Empathy Mindcare. If you get lost, please text or call your therapist (their number should be on your appointment reminder email).
