Are you wondering if you might be autistic or have ADHD?

Do you struggle to communicate how you are feeling to others? Are you dealing with negative thoughts and feelings about yourself and the future?

I am passionate about providing collaborative, compassionate, and comprehensive assessments for neurodevelopmental conditions like autism through a neurodiversity-informed lens. This means I want to get to know you as a whole person, your strengths as well as your challenges. I believe that acknowledging and celebrating your uniqueness as a person is the best way to help you get to know yourself better and work towards living a fulfilling and joyful life. I am experienced in using the best available tools for autism assessment across the lifespan (from toddlers to adults) and aim to create a secure, safe environment for all my clients. Unlike other providers, I also offer post-diagnosis support and counselling to individuals and families.

In therapy, I work with children, teens, and young adults who are struggling with depression and/or anxiety. I use evidence-based treatments like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and use my experience with neurodiverse people to adapt these strategies to suit different ways of thinking. I work with you to help you understand where your feelings are coming from, learn new coping skills, and improve your ability to communicate with others.  I look forward to getting to know you and working with you on your journey towards empowerment, self-acceptance, and hope.
