The years between eighteen and twenty-five can bring more freedom than ever before, and more uncertainty.

College. Work. Relationships. Money. Family expectations. Independence. Decisions about what comes next. At the same time you are trying to figure out who you are when other people are not making every decision for you anymore.

It can feel like everyone else got a roadmap you missed.

Finding Your Footing is an eight-week support and skills group for young adults navigating the move from adolescence into adulthood.

Inside the group

Build the skills adulthood actually requires

This is not a class on having your life figured out. It is a place to learn how to navigate life when you do not have it figured out yet.

Sessions combine real peer connection with practical, DBT-informed skills for:

  • Managing difficult emotions
  • Handling stress without drowning in it
  • Communicating more clearly
  • Setting boundaries that hold
  • Friendships, dating, and family relationships
  • Building independence
  • Strengthening self-esteem
  • Making decisions you can stand behind
  • Clarifying identity and values
  • Setting goals that are actually realistic

You will learn from a therapist. You will also learn from other young adults working through the same questions.

What you leave with

Not a mapped-out future. Something better.

The goal is not to leave with your whole life planned. It is to leave more capable of handling whatever comes next.
